It is an minus ion sports watch,  which promises to "increase concentration, improve sleep, relaxation and meditation, naturally detox the body and improve vitality and movement". I have high hopes for this one :)

Book club meeting

I am ready to have my book club for a visit. This time we discussed the book "Paula Spencer" by Roddy Doyle. Our next book is "The gravediggers daughter" by Joyce Carol Oates.
